Charlie is the founding financial advisor of Marathon Financial Group, based in Boston, MA. He and his team (see below) specialize in helping busy, successful, and established professionals organize their financial lives and take the stress out of planning.
In the earlier years of his practice, Charlie concentrated almost exclusively on serving the needs of Boston area physicians and their families. While this vocation remains a focus, the practice has since grown significantly to serve other professionals and business owners all over the United States.
Charlie started his practice with the simple mission of being ‘great, rather than big’ and is focused on building a limited number of strong, long-term relationships with those who are mid- to late-career, in light of his expertise and considerable experience.
Charlie has a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and holds his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and SIE licenses.
Charlie grew up on Boston’s South Shore and currently resides in Boston with his partner Stephen, a primary care physician. When not at the office, Charlie is most likely traveling to visit friends or family, or purely for leisure/exploration.
